Our Mission
Our mission is to provide a safe, healthy, and incident-free workplace where every employee, contractor, and member of the public is protected from harm. To achieve this, we are committed to identifying and eliminating hazards, embedding safe work practices into every operation, and fostering a culture where safety is a personal responsibility and a shared value.
Furthermore, we believe that all injuries, incidents, and occupational illnesses are preventable. Through leadership commitment, ongoing training, employee engagement, and continuous improvement, we strive for zero incidents while also delivering the highest level of service with integrity and accountability.
Safe Site has remained recordable-free since October 24, 2024, maintaining a TRIR of 0 and an impressive EMR of 0.08—well below the industry standard of 1. We are proud to celebrate 5 consecutive years with zero lost-time injuries, reflecting our team’s strong safety culture, disciplined processes, and commitment to protecting every employee on every job site.
At Safe Site Utility, our goal is to create and maintain a workplace where every employee, contractor, and partner returns home safely every day. To support this goal, we are committed to conducting all operations with the highest standards of safety, accountability, and professionalism, while protecting the public, the environment, and the communities we serve.
Moreover, we believe that all incidents are preventable. Through continuous training, strong leadership, hazard recognition, and proactive risk management, we are relentlessly committed to a Zero Incident Culture. Safety is not just a priority — it is a core value that guides every decision we make, every task we perform, and every action we take.
In addition, we empower every employee with the authority and responsibility to stop work whenever conditions are unsafe. By doing so, we strengthen our culture of continuous improvement, supported by open communication, learning, and personal accountability.
At Safe Site Utility, safety is how we work, how we lead, and how we protect what matters most.
